Hi Shubham, I’m sorry but I don’t have any detailed circuits for this project that I can easily pass on to you as it’s mostly made up as I went along.
Check out the Softrock as I believe there are now VHF versions or the UHFSDR by WB6DHW.

Many thanks for the contact on Monday evening. Did not releise how dead the radio is nowadays. I was using a 25 year (or maybe older) Icom 251e, has been upstairs for at leased 20 years, so I thought I would power it up and give it a go, then decided to get out the rest of the gear Icom 290d mobile, a tono mr150w amp, and it all still works, preamp in the tono does not work but the tx amp is ok. Have a dual band colinear on the eves of the house. I think I am going to get back into the radio again. 73 David.

Search using this phrase for the main exciter board;
The G4CLF Transceiver Board

and for the synthesizer;
PAOKLT Si570 Standalone Low Noise Synthesized VFO kit
You should find what you are looking for.

The chips used on the exciter are now obsolete I’m afraid.
Cumbria Designs have an alternative kit.
The rest of the rig is straight forward i.e. PA, filters etc you’ll have to work it out for yourself lots of options.
