Sutton Benger lies on the B4069 midway between Chippenham and Lyneham and the villages of Christian Malford and Kington Langley in the County of Wiltshire, England.
There are two pubs, a hotel, a post office, a school, a doctor’s surgery, village hall, and once had a plumber but he moved to Draycot Cerne.
Oil is the principal heating fuel as the nearest natural gas is in Kington Langley some two miles away.
There is easy access to the M4, junction 17 is just half a mile from the village.
The population is approximately one thousand.
Most of the photographs in the new Photo Gallery, were taken while walking my dog around the village and fields. There are many public footpaths and bridleways close to Sutton Benger.
